| Advance Payment of Duties and Taxes | Importers are responsible for paying duties and taxes. UPS can pay duties and taxes on behalf of the importer upon request. The service fee depends on the amount of duties and taxes. |
| Address Correction | If there is an address error on the shipping label and the correct address is in the same country, UPS will make a reasonable effort to deliver the package to the correct address. |
| Special Handling for Undeliverable Shipments | If a shipment cannot be delivered, UPS will contact the sender and handle the shipment according to their instructions. |
| Receiver/Third Party Refuses to Pay Charges | This service applies to shipments where the waybill indicates that the transportation costs are to be paid by the receiver or a third party, but they refuse to do so. |
| Currency Conversion | If transportation charges are paid in a foreign currency, the average weekly exchange rate of the central bank will be used. |
| Exceeding Allowed Weight and Dimensions | Packages weighing more than 70 kg, longer than 274 cm, or exceeding 400 cm in girth [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)] are not acceptable for transport. If such packages are found in the system, they will be considered as exceeding the allowed weight or dimensions. |
| Seasonal Surcharge | In cases of increased shipment volume in the system or other factors that may cause congestion or lack of cargo space, UPS will introduce a "Seasonal Surcharge" to ensure normal system operations. |

| Maximum Weight and Dimensions The maximum weight of a single package is 70 kg. There is no limit on the number of packages per shipment. In addition to actual weight, volumetric weight is also considered when calculating the price. The price is calculated based on the higher weight. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is: (length x width x height) in cm / 5000. Restrictions: Packages with an actual weight over 70 kg or a length over 274 cm, or a total combined length and girth greater than 400 cm, are not accepted. [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)] If found in the UPS delivery system, they will be subject to a surcharge for exceeding the maximum limits. Packages larger than 400 cm in combined length and girth are also subject to a large package surcharge. | |

| Fuel Surcharge | A fuel surcharge is applied to all prices in the price list. In the event of a fuel price change, UPS reserves the right to add or adjust the surcharge to transport prices by an amount reasonably reflecting the increase in its direct operating costs. |
